    Replacement and return

    Exchange and Return Policy

    Our commitment is to provide the highest levels of service, ensuring our customers' satisfaction and comfort.

    In case of any manufacturing defect, damage to the product, or a product not ordered:

    Customers of the "Senmar" online store have the right to exchange/return a product that contains a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or is different from the product ordered, without shipping fees, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, with the purchase invoice, within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers also have the right to choose one of the following options after the Senmar store receives the product and verifies its compliance with the conditions:

    1-Refund the product value.

    2- Replacing the damaged product with a new product of the same value.

    3- A full refund in the form of a code that the customer has the right to use in the online store for a full year.

    4- For warranty: You must bring the original invoice or a copy of it (the showroom invoice that is attached to the shipment, not the electronic store invoice)
