    Warranty Policy

    Senmar Al Taamir Electronic Company provides a warranty feature on many products.


    Guarantee eligibility mechanism:


    The product is shipped from the customer to the Sanmar store at the store's expense.

    The store gives 7 working days to inspect the product and ensure compliance with the warranty policy.

    If the warranty conditions on the product match, the product will be replaced with another product of the same value, and the details store will bear the cost of shipping the new product to the customer.

    If the product does not meet the warranty conditions, the product will be returned to the customer at his own expense.



    Cases in which the product is not eligible for warranty:

    If the purchase date exceeds the warranty period

    Warranty does not cover cases of misuse.
